Microsoft Outlook is an enhanced e-mail program that often comes integrated with the Microsoft Office and also as a separate application. Mostly used as an official e-mail program, the Outlook application encompasses features like Calendar, contact management and task management and is also included with the Internet Explorer. Separately, information managers are also used officially used for assisting users in increasing work efficiency and managing tasks and routines effectively. Accessing the two of them separately, obviously poses inconvenience and time consumption.
